Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

What is your return policy?

We aim to provide a quility product and create happy customers.
Should there be any problems with your garment, please contact us and we will help you process a return order.

What are the payment options?

We offer most creditcard type payments, as well as Ideal and Paypal.

How would your bike wear be used?

Anywhere, and on any bike. Mien women cycling wear was designed independent of a specific bike type, instead we designed it to be comfortable, well fitting, and of a high quality standard.
You can consider our garments as gravel ride bike clothes, but also as casual cycling wear for a longer tour or bike packing event, as well as for a Mountain or Roadbike ride. If you prefer a comfortable fit and soft high quality materials, look no further. :-)
